Personnel adorable mais gestionnaire médiocre

Le RIAD lui-même est tout à fait correct avec un personnel adorable et prévenant. Nous avons réservé sur le site d'Abritel. Lors de la réservation en ligne, je n'avais que le choix de réserver le RIAD en entier, je ne pouvais pas réserver 2 chambres comme je le souhaitais (nous étions 2 adultes, 2 enfants). Ma réservation m'a confirmé RIAD entier. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons eu la très désagréable surprise d'être logé dans 1 petite chambre pour 4. Pour le prix de la réservation (180 euros la nuit) la pilule a eu beaucoup de mal à passer. Une très mauvaise expérience, avec le sentiment d'une belle arnaque. Je tiens à préciser que le personnel marocain a cependant était adorable et très gêné par ce quiproquo.
