Beautiful Riad in great location in Marrakech, unfortunately we had a very bad experience with the Hotel Manager (Karim); the room we had was double booked by the hotel system, after being already checked in and settle in our room, the manager wanted us to give up our room for another guest, on top of that he lied to us by saying he doesn’t speak Arabic after listening talking fluent with his staff, this person shouldn’t be in that position, the other staff members were very friendly specially Halid and the female staff.

Wir haben bei Expedia ein Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene und 1 kind gebucht und von Expedia bestätigt. Riad haz unsere Buchung nicht akzeptiert, wir mussten extra 100 € für das kind bezahlen. Zimmer sehr dunkel und kalt. Keine Unterhaltung im Riad kein fernsehen oder Musik. Riad war wie ein Geisterhaus. Frühstück ist nicht ausreichend. Für 1 Personen wurdr ein Ei, halbes Glas Orangensaft, halbes Glas Joghurt. Klein Kein Löffel Marmelade, ein Stück Brot, 8 Oliven, und wenig Butter serviert Das Frühstück reicht nict für ein kleines kind aus. Das Bett hat scharfe Kanten, sodass man sich mehrmals verletzt hat. Taxi zum Flughafen sehr teuer 25€. Obwohleinen für normalen Taxi muss mann max. 15€ zahlen. Keine Hilfe bei Buchung von Ausfausfluge, da alle Angebote vom Riad waren 4 mal teuerer als Get your Guide. Ich werde Riad Agdal nicht weiter empfehlen. Wasser in der Dusche war sehr sch
