First time in Morocco so it was scary the first night . Staying at a Riad is not like a hotel so do not have that thought. Staying here was like staying at someone’s African mini mansion . It was hidden down a corner . It was a safe environment. Was greeted by polite Kaleed who runs the home with a few women . He offers free breakfast every morning and a paid dinner if you like. The room had everything you needed in a Morocco way . If yo are very modern and not willing to embrace the culture then a Riad isn’t for you . If you are willing to embrace the the culture and explore by walking down a few blocks to get to the square then do it .if you are sporty or like mountains then hike up the atlas mountain for gorgeous view and probably the best pictures you’ll ever take . Excursion are cheap when using the USD. I’m a New Yorker so we are used to hustle and bustle and a lot of ppl trying to get you to buy things . If you aren’t used to this then it will be culture shock . The square has many shops and places to eat . If you want alcohol you will find a place that’s hidden or above street level in the square so you can have a cocktail otherwise no weed or alcohol . Don’t worry there are American restaurants if you are a picky eater . As far as the road you will be safe , feel safe . I stayed here for three nights before heading to Spain .

Upon booking I received a note from the owner outlining my visit and what I should expect. I was picked up at the airport by a driver who was proficient in English, sharing insights into Moroccan life. The property is impeccably clean. The staff are thoughtful and kind, accommodating my food allergies and providing suggestions on sites to visit. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Riad, great location!

We were greeted by Khalid who kindly took our bags and offered us a welcome mint tea and pastry. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The riad was spotless with a lovely rooftop terrace and a tasty fresh breakfast every day. The location is perfect, on Dar El Bacha, within the Médina and a short walk to Jemaa el-fna Square, the souks and Koutoubia mosque. Would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Riad close to the main square

We were met by Khalid and Arianna on our arrival and were provided with a very warm welcome, mint tea and sweets. Our room was great, exceptionally clean and very comfortable: large bed, seating area with satellite TV, mini bar and plenty of plug points for charging phones etc. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace in the morning: a variety of breads, cake, fruit, eggs, orange juice and coffee. Plenty to eat. The owner also offered advice on where to go and what sights to see and she also provided information on the services offered by the Riad. Had a wonderful manicure and the trip to the coast was wonderful. Overall an amazing place to stay with very attentive and helpful staff who certainly have the balance right in that they made sure we had everything we needed but they afforded us our privacy.

Skøn oase i Marrakech

Sød og venlig betjening hele vejen igennem, især det daglige personale var meget venlige. Rent og pænt og klart en perle til prisen. Morgenmaden blev høfligt serveret og alle var super hjælpsomme. Vi kommer gerne igen!

Sehr schönes Riad mit sehr guter Lage

Das Riad ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Unser Zimmer "Suite Rossa" bietet ausreichend Platz, das Bad ist groß. Der Jemaa el Fnaa und die Souks liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Avenue Mohammed V, die auch in die Neustadt führt, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Personal und die Besitzerin sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns im Riad D'ari sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden gerne wieder dort übernachten. Vielen Dank für alles ... insbesondere an Khalid.
