Very pretty, well kept Riad, staff is super nice and attentive, the daily breakfast is so generous and delicious, the beds are super comfy, I found it safe and comfortable for a first time solo traveler. My only negative is if you are a light sleeper, it may be a little too noisy as staff starts their day early and since it's so intimately styled, noise can easily wake you up. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Clean room, great staff. I actually booked another riad, but I did not like the location, and ended up coming back here. It's close to everything, has such welcoming staff. The alleyway is not far off from the riad, and feels safe. If i ever come back here, i am definitely staying at this riad.

The Riad is really beautiful — the room was clean, functional, well decorated, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It’s a bit tricky to find, but the location is ideal, with plenty of sightseeing options and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall my stay was wonderful, property and room was very clean, staff was friendly. However only problem I had that wash basin had no hot water throughout my stay, though I told it to staff.

At first it was hard to miss because it is deep in the alley but once we found it we were greeted by the wonderful Omar. He saw we were tired and that it was our first time so he assisted us the best he could. I admire the attentive he has for his guests. If I ever need to stay at Riad for comfortability this will be the place. Thanks again!

Nosotras fuimos 3 chicas y, desde el primer momento, nos trataron súper bien: siempre educados y amables. Nuestra estancia fue increíble. El desayuno es incomparable, ¡acabas llenísima! Las habitaciones las dejan preciosas, con detalles como rosas; las toallas impecables y todo muy limpio, incluso los baños exteriores. También contratamos el transporte al aeropuerto porque salíamos muy temprano, y fueron totalmente puntuales. Llegamos con total tranquilidad. Sin duda, volveremos a este riad. Como punto a destacar, la ubicación es genial, en pleno centro. Lo único es que al principio cuesta un poco encontrarlo porque está en un callejón, y eso nos dio algo de respeto, pero está rodeado de casas familiares y, sinceramente, nos encantó!!

Nettes Riad in Marrakech :-) Von hier haben wir fast alles zu Fuß gemacht. Die Anreise mit dem vorab gebuchten Hoteltransfer war aber abenteuerlich. Mitten in der Nacht hat uns ein Fahrer pünktlich am Flughafen abgeholt. Er wusste aber nicht, wo das Riad ist und ist etwas planlos durch die Medina gefahren und musste mehrere Leute fragen, die dann ein Trinkgeld haben wollten. Das Frühstück wird auf der Dachterrasse serviert, das ist sehr nett und auch ein Babybett wurde bereitgestellt.

Leider hat das Hotel nicht viel zu bieten. Der Pool konnte nicht genutzt werden. Die Nächte waren für uns nicht angenehm, selbst zu später Stunde hörten wir Geräusche wie Mixer oder anderen Lärm, was das Schlafen sehr erschwert hat. Das Zimmer hatte eine stickige Luft, da es sehr klein war und die Möglichkeiten zum Lüften nicht ausreichten. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, jedoch verlief die Kommunikation beim Frühstück schwierig. Zudem sollte für Wasser eine zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlt werden, was ich bei dem gezahlten Preis unangebracht finde. Der Flughafentransport des Hotels ist etwa zwei- bis dreimal so teuer wie ein Taxi. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Zimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügen. Die Terrasse hatte eine angenehme Luft, und die Zimmer wurden täglich frisch gereinigt, was uns gut gefallen hat.
