Nice riad with friendly staff and owners

Since I couldn't arrive by taxi (streets are very narrow), Hafid went to meet me at a nearby street, and from then on made sure that my stay was as good as possible. At the end he went with me to catch a taxi and negotiated a "locals" price to the train station (beware of the taxi drivers, they take advantage of tourists charging them 4 times the real price). The riad owners are Italian, and are very nice. They gave me unexpected upgrades that made my stay very pleasant. My room was very nice, with a huge bathtub.

Great place and nice staff. Walking to Jamaa el Fn

Great room, comfortable and clean. AC working fine. Good food and breakfast as well. As for help the Oner, Katerina and she will be more than happy to help you with anything. We also tried Hammam in hotel and was great too.

Good choice

Very excellent riad. Friendly and helpful staff, quick airport transfer, delicious breakfast. The location is brilliant: the Square is really near, but the place is quiet and safe. Highly recommended.

Excellent séjour dans un cadre idyllique . Ce riad est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la place Jema El Fna et de celle des Ferblantiers. Un personnel aux petits soins et de très bons conseils. Adresse à conserver pour une prochaine fois.

Wunderschönes Riad in zentraler Lage

Wir (3 Erwachsene) verbrachten 5 Tage in diesem Riad, welches circa 150m vom Djema el Fna entfernt und dennoch ruhig liegt. Durch die immer verschlossene Türe fühlt man sich sehr sicher und zu Hause. Im Innenhof angekommen, erwartet einen ein sehr gepflegter, typisch orientalisch und geschmackvoll eingerichteter Innenhof. Zur Begrüßung gab es die typische "Patisserie Marrocaine" mit Minztee. Uns wurde ein Stadtplan überreicht, die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erklärt und einen Bildband über Marokko ausgeliehen. Extra ansprechen muss ich das Handy, das jede Familie bekommt. Im Telefonbuch sind bereits alle Nummern des Personals eingespeichert, sodass man, falls man unterwegs irgendwelche Probleme hätte, jederzeit jemanden erreichen könnte. Es hat eine marokkanische Karte und darf auch zum Beispiel dafür verwendet werden, um einen Tisch in einem Restaurant zu reservieren. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und wie 1001-Nacht. Auch das Badezimmer (mit Dusche inklusive Sommerregen) lies keine Wünsche offen. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank war zu finden. Da das Riad über ein eigenes Hammam und Massageräume verfügt, war auch für jeden ein Bademantel vorhanden. Zum Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse gab es Brot, Marmelade, Käse, Kuchen, Obst, Joghurt, süßes Gebäck, Omlett, Pancake, frischen Orangensaft,... Bei Fragen und Probleme war immer jemand da und half - auch das Taxi zum Flughafen wurde organisiert. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Das Riad des Eaux et Spa ist DER GEHEIMTIPP!!!
