Lovely friendly team of staff who always had a ready smile and helped us with transfers, suggestions, local guide and were a pleasure to deal with. Rooms great. Breakfast fresh and varied and lovely on the roof. All in all a great stay!

Me and my partner Harry stayed at riad hikaya and it was the best place we have ever stayed before! The staff are the most thoughtful welcoming people and made such an effort to make our stay so special, the riad was absolutely beautiful, when we got there wadia gave us loads of tips on where to go in Marrakech and organised lots for us during our stay! Could not have wished for a better place to stay! Also great location in terms of the medina! Will definitely be returning:)

The rooms were wonderful. I only had 1 night there and came back a few days later. The staff is amazing, so courteous and super helpful. Their breakfast was also amazing! We felt like royalty! I absolutely recommend.

We could not have asked for a better stay stay. The riad is gorgeous, and the staff there are incredibly kind. From the initial greeting by the manager throughout our entire stay, they did a great job making us feel at home. We look forward to a return visit and to staying at the Riad Hikaya again.

This was a lovely Riad in the old medina. The room was great, the staff were very very helpful. Be sure to get a hamman scrub and a massage. It was excellent! We also enjoyed the roof top and ate breakfast up there and also enjoyed a glass of wine up there in the evening. The Riad is walking distance to many things in the old medina.

Excellent hospitality from the time of check-in to check-out. Never felt if we had left home. Extremely responsive to our needs even at 3am. My daughter got sick and the staff went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable away from home. Getting us to the doctor and pharmacy. Nada, the young lady, is gem of a person. In fact everyone is. All facilities are available 24hr. Breakfast was made to order. Riad is small and setup to show the moroccon culture. Attention to details. If we ever return to Marrakech, we certainly be staying at this Riad. Keep it up.

✨ *Riad Hikaya was everything we hoped for and more!* ✨ From seamless airport pickup via their app in a luxe Mercedes to a warm welcome with Moroccan tea and a property tour, everything was handled with care. The location is fantastic—seconds from local shops and the Saadian Tombs. Our room was spotless and well-stocked, refreshed daily, and the air conditioning made sleep blissfully cool. Breakfast each morning was a dream—pastries, fruit, crepes, omelettes, Moroccan tea or coffee, and fresh juice—served in your choice of serene spots: poolside, terrace, or dining room. The staff truly shine. Everyone we met was kind, incredibly attentive, and full of insightful local tips—better than any guidebook. We booked a private Agafay Desert excursion, arranged smoothly and added to our bill with zero hassle. What really sets Riad Hikaya apart is the sense of home. Every small touch, every kind gesture makes a difference. We’re so glad we chose a riad over a resort—and even happier it was this one. Immense gratitude to the entire team! The staff at the hotel are fantastic we felt as if we were at home. Every evening my wife would say "see you later" as if talking to our kids Shout out to Nada for all her great sights ,cafes & restaurant recommendations along with the history of the Riad Abdul & Outman for their cheery dispositions & helpfulness Finally Bahija,Hanam & Kamilia for fantastic food & service.
