DO NOT BOOK! WARNING!

SCAMMERS. I showed up at 11:30pm to check in for my 6-night booking, and was told they don't accept reservations from expedia/hotels.com because they don't get enough money. They made me try to call and cancel the booking (my US phone wouldn't work in Morocco), and then made me pay in cash for that night. I did not stay for the rest of the nights.

MARRAKECH LOW COST !

Conosco la struttura da molti anni, il punto di forza è la posizione a pochissimi metri dalla piazza principale, la gentilezza del personale e la flessibilità. Molto economico e per questo non ci si può lamentare di qualche carenza. Consiglio ai Viaggiatori, non ai turisti della domenica ! Chi ha girato il mondo sa adattarsi anche a strutture di questo tipo e anche bene, ...chi ha la puzzetta sotto il naso, cerchi altro !

Albergo da non utilizzare

All'arrivo camera non disponibile in quanto l'abergo non collabora più con Expedia (camera da me già pagata) Dopo diverse contrattazioni (ed intervento di Expedia) per avere la camera devo ripagare in contanti. In sei notti che sono rimasto non hanno mai fatto le pulizie e non hanno mai cambiato la biancheria. Stato della camera indecente, vecchio e fatiscente. Nessun asciugamano e non so se la biancheria del letto fosse pulita. Da non consigliare esperienza decisamente negativa

Buena localización pero muy básico.

Habíamos pagado la habitación antes de llegar a Marrakech pero el dueño nos obligó a pagar 20€ por noche para poder quedarnos porque según él no tenían manera de cobrar. Las habitaciones, aparte de ser muy básicas, cosa que no nos importaba para nada, estaban sucias. No teníamos ni toallas ni jabón ni nada y tuvimos que pedir sábanas limpias porque estaban manchadas y llenas de suciedad. Enfin, que menos mal que el personal era majo porque por el resto dejaba mucho que desear.

Disgusted!

I wasn't warmly welcomed. The old man just demand passport and dirhams, he also tried to charge me more than the price I had booked for. He and the younger man were rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. Room small, cramped and very shabby, the shower did not work, I was told to get my shower in another room. The breakfast was very poor and served in a dismal dark side room. I had to beg for coffee and something other than bread and margarine. The key to the room didn't lock and when I complained the staff did not react. The hotel was hard to find, but was near to everything. Wifi was good but thats about the only thing. This place is more like a backer packers hostel.
