5 star to staff working in the villa

The host Youssef is a super host, he attended every need and knows how to look after people. He arranged everything for us and The staff cooked an INCREDIBLE meal upon request, delicious food in a beautiful villa. Great and spacious, only problem was with 2 showers not working well, and the villa gets very cold in winter with no heating due to the size of it. Highly recommend this customer service however do not book through HomeAway as they have not communicated anything directly to me, I had to look for the home owner on another platform to communicate and get numbers.
