BEWARE: It's scam

We booked a room from this hotel for our last night in Morocco, which is close to the airport, because we had a very early flight back home the next day. However, when we reached the establishment the woman we met told us that there was a problem in the room that we booked (she should have informed us about it in advance through Hotels.com) and that she was going to transfer us to another "nice" riad. She served us fresh juice and coffee while we were waiting for the taxi for the transfer. She came with us by taxi to a riad in the old city and she left immediately before even they showed us the room. The room was a disaster: (1)it had no windows through which we could get fresh air, (2)it was impossible to sleep because of the heat, (3)we could hear any activity of other guests anywhere in the building, (4)the room was maximum 9 square meters for 2 adults and 1 child, (5)there was no place where we could open our luggage, (6)the sink in the bathroom was blocked, (7)the shower was dirty, the walls covered with mushrooms, (8)the window of our toilet was opening to the cafe of the riad and (9)the only window and the door of our room was opening to the same cafe. "Villa Riad Les Deux Golfs" is a scam for attracting people and then dumping them in such poor quality places, it should not even be allowed to receive reservations through Hotels.com. I was cheated and I've already requested for a full refund from Hotels.com.
