In the upstairs open area, there is a queen bedroom and also a bedroom with two twin beds. There is a full bath located between these rooms. The lower floor is for pure enjoyment with a ping-pong table, 85" TV, two arcade machines, and a large sitting/play area. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has two sets of bunkbeds. There is a bathroom between these two bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors on your 2.36-acre gently sloping yard, ideal for various activities. Surrounded by the Pisgah National Forest, you’ll savor the cool mountain summers and the serene beauty of North Carolina’s landscape. This beautiful home is located just about one mile from Hatley Pointe Ski Resort! The owner is a full member of the country club, including golf, and the Village Amenities which gives renters access to tennis, pickle ball courts, swimming pool and trout pond (in the summer, of course)! BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB.
