The property is placed just 1 km away from the sandy beach, in a pleasant and lovely neighbourhood on the seaside, but thanks to its fence embellished by vines will give you a sense of complete privacy

The villa is set in a lively area close to restaurants, bar and beachfront resorts; outside the house you will find the large garden and the elegant swimming pool where you will have the chance to enjoy an early morning swim right after breakfast, or just lounge in the evening enjoying the Sicilian summer breeze.

You will also find three wide porches with outdoor furnishings: one facing the front gate, one on the poolside and the third one provided with a BBQ and everything you need for great outdoor dinners.

It’s a great location every right feature to make you fall in love with Western Sicily and with the villa itself, placed 1km away from the nearest sandy beach and set in a lively neighbourhood full of bars, resorts and trattorias.

What about the beaches? The most beautiful of the area, Signorino, is one the nearest too (5 minutes away from the estate), mind though: being the most popular around it can get pretty crowded on the weekends. In a short drive you can also reach the largest nature reserve in the area, the Stagnone.

The city of Marsala is known all over the world for its ancient history, the architectural masterpieces of its old town, but surely you remember it for its amazing fortified wine, which we strongly suggest you try!

The interior consists of a single floor with a nice living area where you will find a sofabed (that can accommodate 2 persons), the kitchen, which is modern and fully-equipped, and then the night area which includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. NOTE: To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you not to leave any waste inside the villa on the day of departure. Waste must be disposed of at the designated centers indicated.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100.00 penalty for extraordinary waste management.

Safety Deposit € 500 - All villas provide for the retention of the security deposit, before check-in, by pre-authorisation on the credit card or by bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, less any damage or consumption (in excess of that agreed in the booking). Greater compensation for further damage is always legally valid.

This villa offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
