Surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, and forests, this farmhouse in Marsciano has 1 bedroom to accommodate 4 people. It is ideal for a family with children to enjoy a shared swimming pool, terrace, and barbecue.

You have many interesting spots to visit like Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, and Gubbio. You can enjoy mountain biking, tennis, football, golf, and horse riding. Lake is 35 km and the supermarket and restaurants are 4 km.

The villa is restored and furnished in a rustic style for a cozy ambiance. It has a spacious kitchen and a living-bedroom with a double bed. You can also use the gallery bedroom having 2 single beds. The beautiful nature of vineyards, and forests, and hills are best enjoyed from the terrace over a barbecue. Parking is provided.

The airport is 30 km.
From 1/4/23 a restaurant will be available to guests for lunch and dinner service on request with a 10% discount.

Wundervolle Gastgeber. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr einfach, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut genug. Die Klimaanlage verträgt die Spitzentemperaturen im Sommer (35°) nicht wirklich. Der Pool war großartig und bei diesen Temperaturen ein Lebensretter. Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis würde ich es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Sie haben mehr Zimmer (ich denke, bessere), wenn Sie direkt buchen.

Die Gebäude und der Garten sind wunderschön, es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten und einen großen Swimmingpool, damit man sich nicht in die Quere kommt.Das Apartment Allium ist sehr gepflegt. Zum einfachen Kochen ist alles da. Die Wohnung sollte für 4 Personen geeignet sein, aber dafür wird es unserer Meinung nach etwas eng. Die Matratze muss erneuert werden.
