Das Objekt liegt schön ruhig in einer Sackgasse in unmittelbarer Lage zum schönen Sandstrand und Geschäften/Märkten für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, allerdings könnten mehr Geschirr und Töpfe vorhanden sein.

Appartement très fonctionnel, au calme et proche de la mer.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description faite. La personne qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique et disponible. Le quartier est très calme tout en étant à proximité de la plage, des commerces et des animations.

Schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage

Das Appartement liegt sehr gut, ca. 100 m vom Strand, 30 m von kleinen Geschäften ( Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants). Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und durch zwei Schlafräume mit jeweils eigenem Bad sehr praktisch. Der Strand ist super für lange Spaziergänge Richtung Cap d‘Adge. Das Zentrum mit vielen Shops, Restaurants und Cafés ist fussläufig auch ganz schnell erreichbar. Ausflüge nach Sete, Marseillan, Mèze und Pézenas lohnen sich. Uns hat es zu Beginn der Saison sehr gut gefallen, wir haben das frühlingshafte Wetter genossen.

Schöne Wohnung, nettes Vermieter-Ehepaar

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung (1 Etage über Außentreppe) in einer Sackgasse. Praktisch waren die beiden Bäder, welche sehr klein sind, aber funktioninal. Die Küche bietet ausreichend Geschirr / Besteck für einen Ferienaufenthalt. Balkon ist leider Nordseite, aber zum Strand sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß, so dass dies nicht so schlimm ist. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Geparkt haben wir direkt hinter der Zufahrt.

Magnifique appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est très spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est vraiment à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de Marseillan et proche du marché. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour.

Parfait

La location est très agréable et bien décorée, les chambres sont spacieuses( avec ventilateur dans chaque chambre) et pratique avec les salles de bains à l interieur. La climatisation est top ! La machine à laver est à partager avec les locataires du dessous et se trouve dans un petit cabanon dans le jardin, mais ce n est vraiment pas un problème, elle était disponible à chaque fois que je l ai utilisé. La cuisine est bien équipé aussi et le frigo/congélateur est grand donc impeccable pour pouvoir faire de grandes courses et être tranquille un bon moment. Juste , je m'attendais à y trouver un four traditionnel mais il y avait un four micro ondes qui fait grill aussi, j avais mal compris, mais on a fait avec et ça ne nous a pas trop perturbé. L'emplacement est idéal au pied du marché et très proche de la plage (3min à pied). La propriétaire est très arrangeante en ce qui concerne l'arrivée et le départ , et très réactive à nos demandes, ce qui est appréciable. Merci beaucoup, nous sommes très satisfait.
