On the ground floor, an entrance leading into a living room with a clic-clac sofa and TV, an open kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, a range hood, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet.
A partially covered terrace with a garden lounge, plancha, fixed barbecue, and a brazier!
The garden area has a sunbed and parasol.
Private parking is available. Pets are not allowed.
The residence features a pool. However, if the pool is unable to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
