Cute place for a quick stay

Gerard was an amazing host! You can tell he cares about his tenants. Communication and greeting was great. Good walk to local beach but need to take the bus to get to old port. No biggie. Overall pretty good experience!

Studio avec grande terrasse vue mer

Mr Papazian est un hôte très arrangeant et accueillant, le studio, fonctionnel, est lumineux et bien situé à 15mn à pied du front de mer, idéal pour rejoindre mon club de plongée.Cela dit certains équipements ont du vécu et mériteraient d’être remplacés, le canapé lit aussi. Nous avons échangé à ce propos, et malgré cela nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec une très bonne communication avec notre hôte, qui a su se rendre disponible et même me déposer en voiture au supermarché à mon arrivée le dimanche!

SEJOUR DE CONVALESCENCE DECEVANT NON CONFORME A MON SOUHAIT DE T2

J'ai réservé cette location et comme c'était en fait un studio et non un T2 j'ai voulu l'annuler de suite mais le propriétaire a refusé de peur de ne pas pouvoir relouer son studio! Impossible donc car argent gardé par le gérant très près de ses sous et cela très très décevant!!! Je me suis faite opérée du pied à MARSEILLE et ayant un petit chiot labrador de 11 mois je voulais louer un 2 PIECES pour pouvoir être indépendante avec un pied surélevé en permanence pendant 1 mois !! Mais ce gérant a refusé de me rembourser avec ABRITEL et ma CB étant bloquée: je n'ai pas pu me rendre ailleurs avec mon mari et mon chien !! Cela a été très très pénible et dur pour 3 dans la même superficie avec le chien auquel j'ai pourtant acheté une caisse air france: c'était vraiment inhumain et sans aucun confort: chien tenu en laisse en permanence ou en caisse tout le temps car il devait m'éviter et cela n'aurait jamais dû avoir lieu!!NON? l'annonce notifiait une chambre et un salon alors que c'était juste un studio !!!Je me suis faite avoir !

Vacances adorables!!!

Nous avons fait des vacances que des femmes à Marseille. C était la grand-mère, ma fille (6ans) et moi. L appartement c était absolument suffisant. La taille était bien, le canapé était confortable, bien sûr nous avons perdue en peut du place avec la lit supplémentaire pour ma fille, mais quand nous avons fait des petites visites à Marseille et profité du balcon avec le vue magnifique ça a rien fait. La cuisine était installé suffisamment. On a tout trouvé pour cuisiner. En général c était propre. Seulement si on a vue au profondeur pu le four echt. c était pas trop bien fait. Mais si on veut l utiliser on peut aussi le proprier comme on veut et ça vas être bien:) Aussi la localisation c était vraiment bien! Nous avons fait des visites avec le voiture (qui était Secure garée), mais aussi à pied. Le plage était pas loin et si la féerie a eu faire la route régulièrement on peut facilement aller à pied sans utiliser le voiture. Nous n ont pas savez que on peut acheter une ticket pour la semaine, comme ça on peut vraiment bien économiser si on veut:) Alors c était bien passé et nous vont revenir encore une autre fois !

Logement idealement placé, pour varier les plaisirs. Les calanques de Sormiou et Morgiou accessibles en 15mn en voiture. Acces direct au vieux port en navette bateau en 30mn . Petite plage et commerces sur la point rouge. Un excellent sejour

Marseille vaut plusieurs voyages

Nous y étions pour la troisième fois , sur les traces d'Izzo et de sa trilogie Marseille. Nous avons pu atteindre facilement toutes les destinations avec les bons transports en commun. Mucem, Charité et la musée de Bourse sont excellents. J'ai particulièrement aime le La Navette Meilleur temps d'été, gens très serviables et sympathiques. Notre propriétaire Gérard est le meilleur guide que nous connaissons.

Petite semaine de vacance en famille

L’appart est super bien situé.. on se sent comme à la campagne avec le Parc juste à côté !! Idéal pour promener notre petit chien. Hôte d'une gentillesse extrême; Aucune mauvaise surprise, location absolument conforme aux photos et description de l'annonce. Décoration de qualité et harmonieuse, jusqu'à la vaisselle assortie. Le plus de l'offre : la terrasse où l'on se sent comme dans un jardin avec vue mer. Séjour qui en appelle d'autre pour poursuivre la découverte de la ville et la région.
