La solution pour profiter de Marseille facilement

L'appartement est sympa le seul petit bémol serait la présence des toilettes dans la salle de bain de la seule chambre ce qui oblige ceux qui dorment dans le canapé du salon de passer par la chambre la nuit. Quand c'est une famille ce n'est pas un problème mais dans d'autres cas cela pourrait l'être. Tout est parfaitement équipé la situation géographique est parfaite rajouter 50 € avec le garage rend la vie avec une voiture vraiment beaucoup plus facile quand on sait la galère du stationnement à Marseille et surtout les coûts des parkings souterrains. Clairement nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Unterkunft mit bester Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt sowohl zur Anreise mit dem Zug, als auch mit dem Auto perfekt. Aus der Beschreibung ging uns nicht hervor, dass der Parkplatz pro Aufenthalt 50,00 € kostet. Dieses Geld ist jedoch sehr gut investiert! Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung wurde weder vernünftig gewinscht, noch richtig abgestaubt. Wer selbst kurz eine Reninigung vornimmt kann sich dennoch wohlfühlen. Schade ist, dass es für bis zu vier Personen nur eine Toilette gibt, welche nur durch das Schlafzimmer besucht werden kann. Terasse ist gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Super Séjour ! Location au Top !

Nous avons passé un EXCELLENT séjour. l'appartement est très bien situé, d'un super confort et l'immeuble est très bien sécurisé. Mais surtout le petit plus quand on vient à Marseille est qu'il fait 35°C sans vent ... c'est qu'il y a la clim. La propriétaire est disponible pour répondre rapidement à toutes nos questions. Super séjour chez Lolita

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence très calme et bien sécurisée. Il est très propre, joliment décoré avec beaucoup de rangements et le lit king size est très confortable. L'emplacement est idéal notamment pour ceux qui arrivent à Marseille en train ou en avion (proximité immédiate de la gare et de tous les transports en commun). Cependant, l'appartement étant en pleine ville, les bruits de la rue se font bien entendre en journée lorsque nous sommes sur la terrasse (klaxons, motos, gens). Mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés dans la mesure où nous partions en ballade toute la journée. Je conseille donc vivement cet appartement pour les personnes qui acceptent les avantages mais aussi les inconvénients de la vie en ville.

J’aurais aimé avoir une communication en direct avec la propriétaire autre que par des vidéos par watshap et ne pas aller chercher les clés chez le boulanger situé pas très loin en voiture mais impossible de se garer devant la boutique. De ce fait aucune information sur le fonctionnement de cette location. Sinon bon séjour à Marseille

L’appartement de Lolita est très confortable et bien situé à proximité de la gare Saint Charles , des bus et du métro. Je recommande cette location qui dispose , ce qui est rare d’un garage fermé.

Superbe séjour chez Lolita

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine au sein du logis de Lolita qui à tout mis en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions bien accueillis. A deux pas de la gare et non loin du vieux port, son appartement s'est révélé parfait pour découvrir cette magnifique ville qu'est Marseille.
