stayed 3night at this studio first night i arrived around 23h 00.no one was there there is number to call no one was answering the phone so i had to go to onther hotel to sleep over until tomorrow around 10h00

Nightmare!!!!

very bad!!!! The smell was unbearable...You forgot to give us a bed for our daughter who is 15 years old!!! The kitchen wasn't fully equipped as you claimed on your site...The linen and the bed for us was not as claimed on site too!!! The people there are invisible and if you want to ask for something they were never around!!! An unhappy stay in what you call hotel!!!! We advise people never to chose this hotel....We came back very unhappy!! This hotel was booked for us by friends which name will appear as Hamid but we are the Lounissi-Bardjane family!

Great little hotel

Great little hotel in a well placed location within Marseille. Room was pleasent with decent views. Modern and well maintained furnishings clean and welcoming to stay in. Was a little bit disconcerting not having a front desk or staff on hand to welcome to the hotel or ask questions to although the lady on the phone although her English was not perfect she was very helpful. Overall great value for money and very pleasant hotel.

Clean, convenient apartment

Clean, calm, comfortable, simply furnished but had everything we needed for a three night holiday in Marseille. We prefer self-catering and having our own space, so this worked well for us - and was reasonably priced

Ok for short stay.

Met the check in staff on the first day and wasn't easy to reach them during our stay. You have to call them but we had no phone. The extra blanket in the closet was filthy and wasn't able to exchange it until the cleaning staff was in the next room a few days later since they only clean the rooms once your stay ends, unless you pay them extra.

Great apartment close to the Vieux Port

Please note the entrance for the apartment is at the neighbouring hotel. The location is excellent - a short walk to the Vieux Port. The room is a great size and immaculately clean. The decor is lovely. Great for a couple or a couple with a small child.

Es hat schon damit angefangen, dass wir keinen Eingangscode für die Haustür und für das Schlüsselfach neben der Zimmertür bekommen haben, weil es keine Rezeption gab. Nur weil meine Freundin aus der Schweiz, die einen anderen Anbieter hatte, diesen Code am Tag zuvor bekommen hatte, konnten wir das Haus betreten. Sie kontaktierte das Büro der Decoh Studio Dragon, auch dieses Gespräch verlief nicht ohne Probleme, aber wir bekamen dann doch noch den Code, um in das Zimmer zu kommen. Ansonsten hätte es passieren können, dass wir das Wochenende nicht ins Haus gekommen wären, weil das Büro Samstag und Sonntag geschlossen hat. Das Bett war nicht bezogen, es wurde die ganze Woche nicht geputzt, es lief Wasser aus dem Abfluss vom Waschbecken, das wurde der Putzfrau gezeigt, die nur den Flur gereinigt hat. Sie sagte, dass das repariert würde, was nicht geschah. Der Abfalleimer wurde dafür genutzt das Wasser aufzufangen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war schlecht. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgereicht. Das einzig Gute war die Lage des Hauses. Es konnte fussläufig das Hafenviertel erreicht werden.

Pas d'accueil mais réactif par sms

La chambre n'est pas propre, draps déchiré , pas de micro ondes comme prévu, une seule tasse pour 2. Pas de lumière de chevet. Les seuls points positifs, la salle de douche neuve et la climatisation fonctionne bien.pour l'emplacement c'est pas trop mal, mais seul j'aurais eu peur de sortir le soir car c'est une rue sombre sans trop de lumière quand on rentre tard. Passez votre chemin ! !

Apartement très bien situé !!!

Belle apartement sale de bain remise a neuf. Bien situé proche de tous à pied dans un quartier sécuritaire. Pas très grand mais parfait pour un cours séjours. Point négatif il faut appler pour avoir les clefs (pas de réseaux cellulaire vue quont est canadien mode avion sinon $$$$) mais merci au gars de lhotel à côté il nous à grandement aidé, gardé nos valises hr darr 17hr, appeler pour le code (les clefs )

Kompletnie odbiega or podanej oferty. Vrai aneksu kuchennego, nie m'a navet czajnika elektrycznego. Pokoj brudny, obskurny. N'a dwie osoby do przykrycia jeden brudny, e wypalonymi dziurami koc. Usytuowany w malej waskiej uliczce nie posiada praktycznie zadnych oznaczen.

Habitaciones limpias, buena organización, cómodas.

No es el sistema de un hotel tradicional sino habitaciones separadas dentro de un mismo edificio. Están bien si lo que buscas es un lugar tranquilo y limpio para dormir. Si lo recomiendo.
