3 piÚces, moderne et confortable, en rez-de-jardin, face à la "Grande plage" de La Ciotat, wifi haut débit gratuit, climatisation, jardin et terrasse privée aménagée pour repas et bains de soleil, parking dans la villa. Propriété sécurisée pour les enfants.
Il y a 2 chambres (pour 4 personnes) : l'une avec un lit 2 places et l'autre avec 2 lits 90 x 190 cm . Lit bébé et chaise haute à la demande .
Salle de bain : douche 120 cm, WC.
La cuisine est trÚs bien équipée : réfrigérateur/congélateur, cuisson vitrocéramique, four traditionnel + four micro-ondes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, hotte d'aspiration, cafetiÚre filtre + bouilloire électrique, grille-pain.
Autres Ă©quipements : sĂšche-cheveux, fer + table Ă repasser, aspirateur, Ă©tend-linge.
Possibilité d'entreposer des vélos, motos, ou du matériel nautique dans la cour (planche à voile, surf, etc..). Parking (1 seul véhicule pour des raisons de sécurité).
