The hotel itself was fine and the staff were lovely. The room and the bathroom was quite spacious which was good. The room though big felt like it had something missing. The room had a microwave but no plates and cutlery. The room had tea bags, kettle and sugar but no milk. In the bathroom the shower tray was a bit slippery specially on the 1st night and the toilet brush was placed weird that you couldn't use the toilet without using touching it with your legs.

Poor experience

Shuttle service from Airport to hotel very poor - Number to call on their own website no longer in use, when finally got through a lot of confusion due to not speaking the English language, took 30 mins in the cold to be collected and several calls to chase. Room was smelly and unclean.

Very convenient for an airport stay. The shuttle to and from the airport takes max 10 minutes. The service stops at 12am so can be tight if your flight arrives late like ours did but luckily we made it otherwise I believe a taxi would be easy to get. We were also able to get the shuttle to the train station the next day. The Staff were super helpful in helping us plan our train journey to Avingnon.

Classy hotel with good breakfast

It was xmas Eve and Francoise was going out of the way to get me a luggage cart , set my room , correct the how to get there , suggested kitchen bar closes and his bar manager made me a great hot pizza , asked me if I wanted a glass for the coke . Shuttle offered and instructed . The am front desk staff were smiling enjoyed their work ..the breakfast is pretty big ...it had pancakes and healthy condiments and u can boil ur own eggs , orange juice were fresh or machine , great tea station and coffee machine that have a huge selection ., some fresh fruits , The holiday Inn has a express hotel right across ..so u can save a bit and have a nice breakfast Buffett .
