Je n’ai pas dormir toute la nuit car il y avait des puces et /ou punaises de lit partout en plus de la chaleur . J’étais obligĂ© de rester Ă©veillĂ© et dormir sur la table au salon . La douche et la cuisine sont trĂšs sale . J’avais hĂąte que le jour se lĂšve. Seul mon cadavre pourrait y retourner franchement

Horrible, un cauchemar

J'ai rĂ©servĂ© 1 nuit, et la veille il y a eut ce terrible feu sur Marseille. Les aĂ©roports ainsi que certains trains Ă©taient fermĂ©s. Je vous ai donc contactĂ© pour savoir au cas oĂč il n'y avait pas de trains si je pouvais annuler et repousser la rĂ©servation. Vous avez contacter l'auberge qui Ă  rĂ©pondu : annulation non remboursable. Je n'ai donc pas annuler ma chambre et le latin j'ai pu avoir un train. Je me trouve devant l'auberge, je croise la secrĂ©taire au bas de la porte, elle me dit qu'elle va m'envoyer un code par mail. Je reçois un appel du patron qui me dit que ma rĂ©servation a Ă©tĂ© annulĂ©e. J'essaye de lui expliquer que je n'ai rien annulĂ©, que je me trouve Ă  Marseille etc..Il prend un ton trĂšs agressif et me dit : Madame, c'est quoi que tu ne comprends pas, t'es bouchĂ©e, la rĂ©servation est annulĂ©e et l'hĂŽtel est complet. Et il me raccroche au nez . Je suis encore choquĂ©e de sa rĂ©action et de la tournure de mon sĂ©jour.J'ai trouvĂ© de justesse une chambre beaucoup plus cher. J'espĂšre vraiment avoir un retour de votre part, au minimum du remboursement de la chambre

Auberge Ă  Ă©viter absolument. Les lieux sont dans un Ă©tat dĂ©plorable : les chambres sont infestĂ©es de punaises de lit. Ce problĂšme, pourtant grave, ne semble poser aucun souci au gĂ©rant, qui a rejetĂ© toute responsabilitĂ© sur nous, allant jusqu’à nous insulter de "sales gens", de "clochards", et accusant les Ă©trangers d’en ĂȘtre la cause. Son comportement est inacceptable : colĂ©rique et agressif, il s’est emportĂ© violemment lorsque je lui ai signalĂ© la prĂ©sence de punaises dans les matelas. Il a niĂ© leur existence, malgrĂ© les traces rouges visibles sur mon corps, sous prĂ©texte que nous n'en avions pas trouvĂ© physiquement. Pire encore, il m’a menacĂ© de me frapper et de me jeter par la fenĂȘtre du 4e Ă©tage. À cela s’ajoute une annonce mensongĂšre : il est indiquĂ© qu’une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e est Ă  disposition, or aucun Ă©quipement de cuisine n’est rĂ©ellement disponible. Je ne prĂ©tends pas donner de leçons, mais je pense sincĂšrement que ce mĂ©tier n’est pas fait pour vous. Votre comportement dĂ©montre une inaptitude totale Ă  gĂ©rer un Ă©tablissement d’accueil. Bien Ă  vous.

Unsafe

This hostel isn’t very safe for solo female travelers. A girl I met in the hallway had an even worse experience than I and had to get a hotel in the middle of the night because she didn’t feel safe. Stay clear of this place.
