Good location in the Vieux Port. Great views of the harbour- can be noisy due to entertainment there. Staff not that friendly, rooms clean, breakfast ok. No decaffeinated coffee available but close to cafes. Great market on Sundays.

Staff are super lovely, room is extremely central. You walk out the front straight on to the port so it's perfectly located for getting around. Room sizes were small, but it was exactly what we needed as we were barely in it other than sleeping!

Great location-steps from the harbour and Metro station. There are step to get to the reception but we had been informed ahead of time. There is a lift from there to the rooms. We got a very warm and friendly welcome. We liked the bottle of cold water offered for our room. A wonderful place to stay.

Staff is so helpful, charming , TRULY. Location is perfect, chose with a port-side view, well worth it, to look onto the gorgeous old port of Marseille. Yes, the series of initial stairs to climb to the lobby is typical of old Europe, but the staff had immediately warned us as soon as we had made our reservations. Friends in Marseille had recommended the hotel as reasonably priced with excellent staff & rooms, and they were right. Merci encore a l’equipe a la reception de l’hôtel!!

The location was perfect. We thought it might be noisy but the glazing on the windows meant we slept really well. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. The staff were very helpful and the room was spotless and comfortable. The only thing that would have improved the stay would be tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom.
