Hôtel vraiment pas recommandable!!!! À part la piscine, tout est à l’abandon, la propreté laisse à désiré,tout est très sale,les tables ne sont même pas nettoyés après chaque passage,les couloirs sont très sales,on a passé une semaine dans cette hôtel,les lits n’ont jamais été changé.jai réservé et payé une chambre de trois lits mais on a avait que deux linges dans la chambre,j’ai du demander à plusieurs reprises,on a eu que pour la fin du séjour. L’hôtel paraît bon marché,du coup on peut se dire que c’est un bon plan vacances mais à la fin du séjour ils m’ont réclamer 10 euros supplémentaires PAR JOUR pour la troisième personne alors que au départ j’avais payé une chambre de 3. À la réception on m’as expliqué que si jamais marqué que on serait deux adultes et un enfant j’aurais payé plus cher sur ebookers mais c’est faux,car je viens d’essayer et c’est exactement le même prix,donc on m’as facturé qlq ch que j’avais déjà payé et que de plus on a pas pris en compte puisque même un troisième linge il nous manquait. Donc finalement extrêmement cher! C’est lamentable,à touts les niveaux:accueille,prestations,propreté,hygiène,entretien des lieux ,sympathie,logistique,communication,respect global et respect de l’intimité (la femme de ménage venais faire le ménage sans frapper). Et HONNÊTETÉ zéro, choquant de facturer 10 euros par jour au moment du départ!
