Very nice and clean, room is spacious, bedding good, comfortable bed with easy lighting controls Room locks are just number pad and save you having to handle a card or key Excellent staff, very friendly and polite But: Extremely small shower- not easy to use Air conditioning not working for cooling, only heating industrial surroundings - noise is high Breakfast is very basic, No milk for tea, only frothy milk for coffee Public transport close by, but not directly connected to Marseille.

Accueil des plus basique, hôtesse pas du tout investie. Chambre agréable au niveau de la literie, par contre store de fenêtre cassé obligeant à faire du bricolage pour ne pas été gêné par la lumière extérieure. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle d'eau (remontée d'égout), chambre froide a l'arrivée, heureusement le chauffage a fonctionné assez rapidement.

le personnel très courtois . Le premier jour la chambre était nickel et 3 rouleaux de papier WC étaient dans les toilettes. Puis il a fallu quémandé le papier toilette et pour finir il n'en .mettait plus ( sauf un tout petit rouleau qui était vide rapidement ). Nous en avons acheté . Le ménage journalier laisse un peu désirée .

Réserve pour 4 nuit nous arrivons le soir 20h nous constatons l’état déplorable des chambre une en particulier je descends immédiatement à la réception le Mr me répond « le ménage n’ai pas de notre ressort mai je fini a 21h je passerai faire le ménage”!hors 23h rien a étais fait 4 jours sans ménage juste des serviettes changer a notre demande!matelas deguelasse limite moisie, Portail extérieur en panne en fin bref rien ne vas 660€ pour ça plus jamais !!!!

Hotel situé à proximité du centre des congrès. Personnel très agréable. Petit dejeuner standard dans ce type d'hôtel. Mais la chambre n'est pas propre (traces sur les murs dans les wc-salle de douche, poussière et saletés sous les lits), et les matelas sont très durs.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre sale, le réceptionniste s'était trompé en nous la donnant. Nous avons dû retourner à sa loge le déranger pour qu'il nous en attribue une nouvelle. La propreté laissait à désirer et il y avait une forte odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bains.
