Cocoonr / Book&Pay agency is pleased to offer this 25 m² air-conditioned flat in Roquefort-la-Bédoule with mountain views, swimming pool and jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 2 people. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 70 m² outdoor area. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor:
- A separate bedroom (separated by a door) with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room, WC.


Souplex:
- A veranda with sofa, TV and dining area
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside area of 70 m² :
- A private swimming pool (5x2 m), unheated, available from 01 May to 30 September (raised 1.50 m with removable staircase)
- Jacuzzi (available all year round)
- Furniture and plancha to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally located in Roquefort-la-Bédoule, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
