The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 40 m² air-conditioned house with sea view, less than a kilometer from the beach, in the village of Carro in Martigues. It can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 20 m² living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 21 m² terrace. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The property is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, fireplace and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
First floor:
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double sofa bed
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, fan.
Exterior:
- A private south-facing terrace comprising a 21 m² semi-covered area and outdoor corner with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Carro, on the Côte Bleue between Marseille and Martigues, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
