Air-conditioned, 150 meters from the beach and with a surface area of 42 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 28 m², an open kitchen equipped, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 60 m² with a terrace. The housing is composed as follows:
- A bright living room of 28 m² with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with Italian shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A wooden terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A closed garden with possibility to put the bikes on the ground.

Finally, a pedestrian/bike path accessible to all allows you to go from the residence to the train station or to the beach in a few minutes on a very pleasant path.
