First floor :
- A 45m² living room with television, ideal for relaxing with family or friends
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Large dining table for the dining area

1st Floor :
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom: Comfortable sofa bed
- Modern bathroom

2nd Floor :
- Bedroom 4: A master suite with a queen-size bed featuring an en-suite bathroom

Facilities :
For your comfort the owners have decided to invest in various equipment such as: a barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

- Private, unheated swimming pool open from June to September.


The house is ideally located in Marseille, in the quiet, residential district of Montolivet, renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and green spaces. Nearby, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a local market to discover the region's specialties. The Parc de la Moline, perfect for walks and outdoor activities, is also nearby.

If you're coming by car, you can park in the property's private parking lot

By public transport:
Bus lines 6 and 7, as well as tramway line T2, take you easily to the heart of Marseille.
The nearest metro station is just a few minutes away by bus, providing quick access to the city center and major attractions.

From the airport:
Marseille-Provence airport is accessible by shuttle bus to the Saint-Charles train station. From there, you can take the metro (line 1 or 2) to Montolivet. For greater comfort, we advise you to use cabs or Uber-type drivers to reach the house directly.
