Lage gut, aber laut und unsauber

Die Fotos sind beschönt. Wasserschäden an der Decke. Mobiliar, z. B. Coach, Kommode und Küchenzeile, sehr verschlissen, schmuddelig, verbraucht. Fenster Ecken, Vorhänge unsauber. Eine Basisreinigung wäre sehr nötig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, ist aber sehr laut (Innengeräusche durch Nachbarn, Heizung, Rohre. Außengeräusche auch nachts).
