Le Lacydon - Appt sur le Vieux Port

Le Lacydon is a beautiful flat ideally located on the Vieux Port in a building designed by the famous architect Fernand Pouillon.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The flat has a magnificent wooden floor and is decorated to a high standard. It is the ideal place to visit Marseille.

Located in a central district of Marseille, the flat Le Lacydon is ideal for an authentic and historic stay to discover the city.

You'll find bakeries, restaurants and cafés, as well as the famous Vieux Port fish market. We recommend strolling through the narrow streets of Le Panier, soaking up the sun at Fort St Jean, playing a game of pétanque on the Mucem esplanade or taking a boat trip to the Calanques.

Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
- Cot available in the accommodation

Le Lacydon TrÚs bel endroit, à proximité du vieux port et du fort St-Jean. C'était idéal pour se promener et visiter la ville. L'agent de Cocoonr était bien sympathique et répondait rapidement à ses messages. Il m'attendait à mon arrivée. L'appartement était propre et confortable. Il n'y avait pas de divan lit et le divan était trop petit pour que mon ami ou moi y dormions, mais sinon tout était trÚs bien.

Le Lacydon "l appartement est relativement bien situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© immĂ©diate du vieux port mais : - l'environnement est trĂšs bruyant (squatte sur les escaliers en bas par des jeunes qui hurlent sans compter la musique et la charmante pissotiĂšre improvisĂ©e...) ah et les voisins qui ont de trĂšs grosses disputes ... dur dur de bien dormir ! - l'appartement Ă©tait sale, nous avons dĂ» passer du temps Ă  essayer de le nettoyer - pas de clim et le ventilateur de la chambre fait beaucoup de bruit (et vous l'aurez compris pas possible d'ouvrir les fenĂȘtres) - les chaises sont bancales - les rideaux sont sales et abĂźmĂ©s - le dĂ©gĂąt des eaux dans la chambre donne un aspect repoussant Ă  celle-ci (Ă©norme tache marron, jaune) - la baignoire est abĂźmĂ© (impact de ?) et l'eau de la douche s'Ă©coule trĂšs trĂšs lentement - pas de balais juste un aspirateur - pas de dĂ©rouleur de WC - la commode de la chambre est complĂštement inutilisable et c'est le seul rangement possible dans la chambre ! (rangement dans le couloir mais relativement pris par le linge de maison) - il y a une machine Ă  laver ok mais il n'y a rien pour Ă©tendre le linge .... Bref le prix est vraiment excessif car la ""vue"" (sur le cĂŽtĂ©) ou mĂȘme l'emplacement ne le justifie pas c'est vraiment dĂ©cevant !!! Tout cela a Ă©tĂ© partagĂ© avec l'agence pendant et aprĂšs le sĂ©jour... peut-ĂȘtre que ce sera pris un compte un jour pour un meilleur sĂ©jour !"

Le Lacydon Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung direkt am alten Hafen, allerdings ist draußen auf der Straße immer viel Betrieb und dementsprechend auch nachts mit geöffnetem Fenster relativ laut. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet sodass man sein eigenes Essen kochen kann.

Lage gut, aber laut und unsauber

Die Fotos sind beschönt. WasserschĂ€den an der Decke. Mobiliar, z. B. Coach, Kommode und KĂŒchenzeile, sehr verschlissen, schmuddelig, verbraucht. Fenster Ecken, VorhĂ€nge unsauber. Eine Basisreinigung wĂ€re sehr nötig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, ist aber sehr laut (InnengerĂ€usche durch Nachbarn, Heizung, Rohre. AußengerĂ€usche auch nachts).
