A superb duplex in the heart of the oldest district of Marseille and 5 minutes from the Vieux Port, the MUCEM, the Cathédrale la Major and the new temple of shopping. Ideal for lovers who want to discover the city on foot while leaving their car nearby. You can relax in the whirlpool bath in the bedroom and enjoy yourself on the terrace with its plancha grill.





Our air-conditioned accommodation consists of :



- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and Senseo coffee machine



- Living room with television, indoor swing and dining table



- Bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and relaxing whirlpool bath



- Bathroom with walk-in shower



- 2 WCS



- Terrace with dining table, plancha and misting device, with views of the sea and the cathedral domes.

Note for elderly people or families with young children: the flat is on the 3rd floor without lift (then stairs at the entrance of the flat).

Overall we had an amazing time in Marseille and stay in Le Panier. The check-in process was super simple and we got in with no issues. The views from the balcony and bedroom were amazing, you could totally see the ocean! There were some beautiful sunsets we watched from the comfort of our own private balcony! The only drawbacks we found were with the cleanliness of the apartment and some issues with plumbing/drainage. The bathroom upstairs did have mold in and around the shower and did not seem the most well cleaned, the toilet was dirty before our arrival, and the shower would easily overflow due to poor drainage. We would have to turn off the shower after only a minute or two to try and allow water to drain before turning it back on or else it would overflow onto the floor. Aside from these issues, we had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. Eric was very communicative when checking in with us and making sure we were comfortable.
