A lot of defects, owner want to rip you off

Could be a good place, but with a lot of defects: bathroom door stuck, door of the flat hardly lockable, communication to owner very poor, one window not to be opened, stairs to 2nd floor handmade and dangerous (only climb if you are roped), water drained through shower floor into room below, floor planks wobbly. And worst: Owner wants to blame you for having caused those damages: So: HANDS OFF!!!
