Awesome location, checkout was incredibly simple and the team was very responsive. cool building and love that there was a code and no key! the patio was absolutely darling, we spent most mornings out there it was so charming. would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The room has a microwave and fridge plus a kettle and dishes. however the downstairs level has tea and coffee plus a record player which is far more enjoyable then sitting in your room drinking tea. the staff were amazing too.

Great location & stylish decor

Location is great vs the price paid,within walking distance to the old port & tram/ metro station. Very stylish decor, you can tell a lot of thoughts are put into it. Checkin is very easy, friendly staff and great amenities too in the room!

This property lacks staff, which makes unexpected situations difficult to resolve. For example, it has a lovely rear garden for guests' use. However, access to it is through a door which is locked or unlocked as guests remember. I was locked outside, by an inattentive hotel staff member no less, who locked the door from the interior without checking to see if anyone was outside. I was trapped in the garden for 45 minutes until another guest happened to come downstairs, saw me, and unlocked the door. I never used the garden again, and would advise everyone else to be cautious when doing so.

Perfect Marseille retreat

This place was amazing! Thoughtful design and a lovely shared space. Room overlooking the beautiful calm courtyard with the orange trees, a welcome retreat from the excited bustle of Marseille. Beds were comfortable, the service impeccable. Would love to stay there again.

What we liked: Hot water & good water pressure Daily service making beds & tidying up Well kitted kitchenette Self check in Luggage storage before & after stay Location proximity to metro and SNCF L’Occitane toiletries Plenty of space for luggage in the room Communal area What could be improved: Only thing I can think of is making a washing machine available on premises at a reasonable cost Anything else I didn't enquire about so cannot comment
