All staff really went out of their way to help us to plan our stay in Marseille. Great food and we were not made to feel at all rushed, even though we did not check in until 10pm+

Cool vibe throughout. Neighborhood was about 20-30 minute walk from the Vieux Porte and major tourist attractions. Neighborhood had some great local restaurants. Breakfast was very good.

Comfortable rooms with access to the great hotel restaurant at all hours. Best meal we had in Marseille was a dinner at the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Fun and vibrant decor. Short walk to Old Port and most of Marseille. Staff very friendly and able to help us in English. We highly recommend Mama Shelter!

Straordinario hotel! Bellissimo il design della camera: letto al centro della stanza con la testiera del letto luminosa regolabile, televisore connesso alle piattaforme streaming, bagno con doccia immensa, perfino una mini cucina all'ingresso (con acquaio, frigo, forno microonde e bollitore)! Nella hall il personale è gentilissimo e c'è anche a disposizione un dispenser con acqua aromatizzata per riempire la propria borraccia prima di uscire o da bere appena rientrati. La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto al porto vecchio, la stazione metro più vicina dista più di 10 minuti a piedi ma tutto sommato le qualità superano questi piccoli difetti. Ma sopra a tutto, però, è la colazione la cosa più straordinaria: IMPERDIBILE! Lo Chef presente nella cucina a vista ti prepara le omelette come vuoi, il pane è fresco dal loro forno, come anche le crêpe e la straordinaria torta Pudding. C'è una sezione incredibile di formaggi, frutta fresca, insalata e il tè lo prepari in foglia con la teiera tipo Samovar. Ma per la prima volta in vita mia ho trovato in un hotel l'estrattore per preparami una centrifuga fresca con frutta e verdura!!! Il tutto in un meraviglioso spazio colorato come un salotto turco e con un incredibile soffitto in ardesia (lavagna) tutto scritto e disegnato. Non so se tornerò a Marsiglia, ma sicuramente vorrei tornare in questo Hotel!

Nuitee remplacée sur autre hotel last minute !

Hotel choisi car proche lieu conference et pour le parking mais apres achat j'apprends l'impossibilité de reserver une place (?) Nuit annulée last minute par Mama Shelter remplacée certes sur autre hotel mais plus éloigné du lieu de conférence, donc je ne recommande pas car la fiabilité est un élément important surtout pour un sejour professionnel.
