I love the location and the size of the rooms and bathrooms. Some staff are helpful, some very busy. Breakfast was included with my room rate and I mostly enjoyed it both days - it's very difficult to provide a good hot cooked breakfast that lasts across a spread of hours. The rest of the buffet was very enjoyable. It's my second visit and I will return so you would be right in thinking I enjoyed it.

The hotel is in an incredible location. The room we had was really spacious, aircon worked and was quiet. Just felt a bit tired, the blue paint is old and stained and not done very well. The breakfast was just ok. The breakfast room had really scrapy noisy chairs. Staff really had no service or hospitality. Reception did not even look up or acknowledge when you walked in or through the area, it was the bare minimum at best. Very sad.
