Parme is located on Place Charles de Gaulle in Marseille's Old Port. The Old Port is the heart of Marseille, where fishermen returning from sea come to sell their catch every morning. It is also the departure point for shuttles to the Frioul Islands and the calanques. Everything can be done on foot. There are many public transportation options that will allow you to visit the city, as well as bars and restaurants at the foot of the building.

You can park your car at the Charles de Gaulle car park, less than 100 meters from the flat.
From St Charles train station: Take the metro from St Charles station to the Vieux Port exit.

Bien situé

Appart fonctionnel et extrêmement bien placé. Bonne communication avec l'agence.Mais plein de petits défauts faciles à réparer pourtant.- bloc WC descellé - ventilateur dans la chambre poussif et bruyant. La clim est super efficace, mais uniquement dans la pièce de vie- micro onde capricieux- plaques de cuisson qui chauffent très lentement - poêle trop petite

Pas les prestations attendues , manque d’empathie et de réactivité. Aucun geste commercial

Nous avons été prévenu d’une panne d’ascenseur 48h avant notre arrivée hors selon les voisins cela faisait plusieurs semaines . Pas d’état des lieux malgré la caution . Après 48h de séjour , climatisation en panne avec des chaleurs non appréciables pour un enfant de 2 ans. Pas réactivité auprès de l’agence avec une impression d’abandon de leur part … ! Nous avons téléphoné à plusieurs reprise à Abritel afin de voir avec eux une solution ou un arrangement financier pour des prestations non reçues et à ce jour rien n’a été fait . Je ne vous parle pas du détecteur de fumé non installé et la literie dans un état d’hygiène non acceptable . Nous venons très souvent à Marseille et une première avec Abritel et l’agence sous traitant ; la déception est de mise . Leslie
