Located in the Roy d'Espagne pine forest, this architect-designed villa, built in 1966 and completely renovated in 2020 by an architect, offers a bright, contemporary setting surrounded by nature. With 150 m² of space and a large wooded garden, it is ideal for enjoying the peace and beauty of southern Marseille.
The house has 5 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: double bed 160×200
Bedroom 2: 1 single bed 90×200
Bedroom 3: 1 single bed 90×200
Bedroom 4: pull-out beds 80×200
Bedroom 5: double bed 160×200

You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a bright living room opening onto the outside, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. For your comfort, you will have access to a range of amenities, including Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a terrace, a dryer, a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, and many other conveniences.
