The owner never responded when I asked for the check in instructions. We ended up stranded and looking for a hotel late at night!

location was great (near old port) transportation was super easy (we use bolt)

Owners are new to VRBO... suggest they check guests in and explain overview of property (usually done) communication wasn't great, as only way to contact them was message thru VRBO, or Whatsup? property is beautiful, but not for someone who can't climb stairs....
