My apartment is ideally located for visiting Marseille (Opera Square)! It is bright and has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay:

Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (When we know the heat Marseille ...)

1 bed 160 for the room - 1 sofa 3 places in the lounge.

1 shower - 1 W. separate C - Kitchen

Velib station in the immediate vicinity - Subway line Old Port 1-2 minute walk - Shuttle to the islands Frioules 100 meters - Public parking at 100 meters.

Fijne locatie, sfeervol appartement naast het operagebouw midden in de oude binnenstad. 4e etage beklimnen via oude maar verlichte trapportaal is wel een ding als je slecht ter been. Maar goed voor de beweging en coordinatie. Vriendelijke eigenaar die ons hielp met het wat stroeve slot. De afvoer van de wastafel in de badkamer lekte flink. We hebben fotos hiervan naar de eigenaar gestuurd. Hier werd niet op gereageerd tot onze verbazing. Douche, keuken, slaapkamer oké.

Appartement sale à notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Il y aussi une forte odeur d'égout qui arrive de la salle de bain et même en laissant la porte de la salle de bain fermée, ça sent mauvais dans tout l'appartement. Le canapé-lit grince beaucoup donc quand l'un de nous bouge un peu dans son sommeil l'autre est de suite réveillé. Des étagères et porte serviette menacent de se décrocher du mur, la vaisselle dans les placards est sale, on ose à peine s'assoir sur les tabourets, etc etc.Dommage car sinon le logement est très bien situé, grand et bien agencé (avec une chambre séparée).Le propriétaire nous a remboursé 75 euros en guise de dédommagement.

Das Appartement war so weit o.k., nett eingerichtet. Aber uns war nicht klar, dass es im 4. Stock liegt. Über das baufällige Treppenhaus war ich schockiert, mit so etwas hätte ich nicht gerechnet (auf keinen Fall etwas für ältere Personen und Personen mit Handicap).

- keine Hausnummer an der Haustür, daher nicht leicht zu finden - keine Antwort vom Gastgeber auf die Frage nach Bettwäsche und Handtücher - Check-In-Details vom Gastgeber erst ein Tag vorher nach Ermahnung - Sehr baufälliges Treppenhaus, etwas gefährlich - Wohnung in der 4. Etage - Gerüche aus WC und Dusche - unzureichendes Kochgeschirr - sehr hellhöriges Haus - Wohnzimmereinrichtung okay
