Floors were not clean and the decking had serious breaks …. A large safety concern.

Beautiful and well appointed little apartment within walking distance of the port. Very modern. Great location.Property did not appear to be well-maintained. A few little touches would have made the experience much more comfortable. For instance, they advertise that you can use the pool at the hotel, but provide no pool towels. There were no dish towels either. A little bit better customer service at this location would make the experience much better. There was zero communication with the property owner once we arrived. They did not respond to the one message I sent them at all. No check out message. The people at the hotel were not particularly warm or welcoming either.
