It is centrally located with easy access to anywhere you want to go. The house is 10 minutes from the Marsh Harbour Airport for quick and easy access in and out of the island. The house is a short drive to groceries, restaurants as well as ferries to the cays. The included boat slip is great if you decide to rent a boat for the trip, you can tie it up right by the house. Amazing Trip!!!

This property exceeded my expectations! It was a great and safe location with a beautiful boat slip to fit my 34’ yellowfin comfortably! Can’t wait until next time!
