Staff was nice but I called twice a month before check in and the day before to verify early check in as I am a member and we needed to get ready for our event . Came at time I requested my room was not ready they did not accommodate just said I should of called the day of . Very frustrating later that night got back to room there was like pepper all over the desk chair seat and also something set and trash still in one trash can

Fine place to stay

The room was clean and beds pretty comfortable. We had four of us and only two towels so we had to go get two more. The next day they were replaced with only two again, so we had to go get two more again. I also hate when there is not much venting out of the bathroom. It got so humid in there. The ceiling was wet.
