5 mins from Ile de RĂ© and downtown La Rochelle. In Marsilly, coastal village 2 km from the sea,
possibility to practice plaice fishing and golf (18 holes). Recent house 2008 calm with open view on the fields, very functional and spacious, easy to maintain (tiling everywhere). Cyclabic tracks bordering the sea of Esnandes (village 3 km from Marsilly) at the Ile de RĂ© bridge.
3 individual houses of 60 m2 with covered terrace and garden furniture separated by green spaces with in common a wooded and fenced garden of 500 m2 (swing, barbecue, pétanque field, picnic table, ping pong table)

Parking and WiFi great. La Rochelle is the place to visit with its old streets, cafes and the marina is the biggest I have ever seen!As stated the car is essential, but the Park & Ride is very easy to get to and the parking is free. I recommend downloading the YĂ©lo App for the P&R bus.

TrÚs bon séjour. Gßte bien situé, Sybille est trÚs agréable et aime sa région. Beaucoup de sites à visiter aux alentours. Gßte à conseiller pour découvrir la région.

Logement agréable et bien agencé. AccÚs et stationnement faciles. Secteur calme, à 5 min, à vélo, d'un village tous commerces et à 15 min de l'agréable piste cyclable qui longe la cÎte de Marsilly jusqu'au au pont de l'Ile de Ré. Une situation intéressante, à proximité de La Rochelle (10/15 min en voiture), proche du Parc Naturel Régional du Marais Poitevin et de la Réserve Naturelle Nationale de la Baie de l'Aiguillon (Vendée).

Schöne Ferienwohnung etwas abseits des Trubels

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen, sehr nette Vermieter (rasche und problemlose Kommunikation/Hilfe bei Fragen etc.). Etwas außerhalb von La Rochelle. Sehr reduzierte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 2 km entfernt, KĂŒste ca 3 km.

Logement bien situé

Logement bien situé prés de La Rochelle ßle de Ré, secteur trÚs calme, ambiance conviviale, les enfants peuvent facilement se retrouver en fin de journée grùce au terrain sécurisé. Cependant équipement sommaire, prix du ménage un peu excessif quand on pense qu'il n'y a pas de linge de lit à nettoyer 60 euros (au lieu des 50 euros annoncé sur le site!), qualité des literies à revoir (lits qui grincent).
