Luzan is a characterful apartment (up to 4 people, 80 m2, 2br.) set in a historic building whose interior has been entirely renovated. Ideally located in the centre of Martel, it offers a refined setting combining heritage and comfort.
Access is directly from street level, on a lively shopping street in the historic centre. A wooden door opens onto a quiet, preserved space. After a few steps, an internal staircase leads to the apartment’s front door, already creating a pleasant sense of separation from the outside world. The apartment is the only dwelling in the building, ensuring privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay.
Upon entering, the first level reveals a spacious, light-filled living area designed to be warm and welcoming. It includes a comfortable lounge (with ceiling fan), a dining area, and a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with clean, elegant lines.
Every detail reflects a recent renovation carried out with care: floors, paintwork and equipment all convey a sense of newness and harmony.
On the same level, there is a modern shower room with a new shower and toilet, practical and comfortable for everyday use.
A second wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area upstairs :
