This old barn named "La Maison de la Doline" was first a walnut dryer, a stable, then a stable for foals. The Grand Lac is a private domain with an equestrian center (riding, initiation, horses reception) and several gites without opposite. The interior rhymes with authenticity and modernity in a calm and soothing environment. The large terrace will be very appreciated during the summer season. The ponies love to gallop and roll in the grass! You will be able to refresh yourself with the common swimming pool (open from June to September) a few meters away from the gite without forgetting the numerous activities which await you on the Dordogne river (swimming, canoeing, picnic ...). The town of MARTEL, called the town of 7 towers is a very lively city in summer and has just been classified among the most beautiful villages of France with Rocamadour! The plus of the gite : electric heating and cleaning are included in the price. House on 2 levels: On the ground floor: Living space of 45 m² with an equipped and integrated kitchen, a dining space and a living room with sofa, armchairs and television. Direct access to a large terrace of 21 m² with lounge, garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. 1 bedroom (1 bed in 160) with shower and washbasin then a covered storage space of 8 m² also accessible by the outside with the washing machine, clothes line and cleaning kit and a covered games room with ping-pong table of 25 m². Independent toilet with hand-washer. On the first floor : 2 bedrooms (2 beds in 160 of which one can make 2 children's beds in 80) with each one its open shower-room and its separated toilets. Reversible air-conditioning in the bedrooms upstairs, electric heating and wood stove on the ground floor. Wifi access. Fenced area of 800 m² with sunbathing area and chiliennes, private parking. Shared summer swimming pool (June to September) (6x12) secured by a fence with 2 other gites at 150 m. Pets welcome (1 max) !
