Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower), separate WC, laundry room. 1st floor: living room, living room, kitchen, bathroom (bath), separate toilet, balcony terrace of 21.5 m2. 2nd floor: mezzanine (double sofa bed), 1 attic bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm). Carport (1 space), parking, land. Sheets included, beds made on arrival. 7th and 8th people possible (with supplement). Individual chalet located 10 km from Ugine and 12 km from Albertville. At the foot of the Bauges Regional Park, on a southwest-facing slope, in a natural environment of meadows and forests. Very good comfort. Spacious and well equipped. Large, pleasantly furnished balcony terrace. Natural land. Superb panoramic view of the valley and the Beaufortain and Belledonne massifs. Individual chalet located 10 km from Ugine and 12 km from Albertville - famous Olympic city with its medieval city of Conflans. At the foot of the Bauges Regional Park, privileged location between Savoie and Haute-Savoie to discover the region, its various massifs (Beaufortain, Val d'Arly, Belledonne) and family ski resorts (La Sambuy/Seythenex, ideal for children, Arêches-Beaufort 33km, Les Saisies 39km) and internationally renowned (Méribel, Courchevel en Tarentaise). Cross-country ski trails in Val Tamié, a preserved and beautiful valley. Nearby, the Abbaye de Tamié, a magnificent 12th century monastery, still in operation with its production of the eponymous cheese. Swimming pool in Albertville and 11km away, Ugine aquatic and fun center equipped with a well-being area. Several bodies of water nearby. At 30km, beach of Lake Annecy, nicknamed "blue lake" famous for the purity of its waters. An ideal destination for cyclists and hikers!
