Welcome to the Estate with two independent dwellings, an enchanting property situated in the heart of Martina Franca, immersed in a tranquil environment and surrounded by woodland. This fully equipped structure offers a unique and comfortable stay experience for groups of up to 12 people.



The estate divided into two adjacent houses boasts 5 bedrooms with 7 beds, including 3 king size and 4 single beds, distributed to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. Three bathrooms with shower provide personal and functional spaces. The spacious 150 sqm property is tastefully furnished, with marble floors and details that make the environment welcoming and refined.



The kitchen is a real strong point, completely equipped with two independent gas spaces. You will find all the necessary appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster and much more. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a conversation area that invites relaxation.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with garden furniture, barbecue and a fenced area. The private swimming pool measuring 8.60 x 4.80 metres is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. There are also details such as an outdoor shower, table tennis and table football for fun entertainment.



The location is strategic: just 4 km from the centre of Martina Franca, with supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. Marina di Ostuni beach is 30 km away, whilst Brindisi airport is reachable in a short time. Ideal for those seeking a holiday in contact with nature, but close to main services.
