Ancient Masseria built in 1808 and composed of 2 distinct and separate stone buildings. The largest structure is intended for accommodation, it is composed of 6 trulli that make up the sleeping area and an adjoining stone block. Here there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one with 2 single beds, the bathroom for the sleeping area with a glass and masonry shower plus a Jacuzzi tub and 2 hallway trulli. From here you enter the living area consisting of a large living room with large fireplace, a comfortable equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor veranda and the swimming pool, the laundry room and the bathroom for the living area with large crystal and stone shower cubicle. The characteristic of this type of structure is to be very cool during the summer, as the very thick stone acts as a thermal insulator. The house is equipped with underfloor heating. The large outdoor areas and the swimming pool are paved with local stone and are adorned with aromatic plants, lawn, bushes and trees, plus an organic garden personally cared for by the owners.
