The most sought after districts of the "Valle D'Itria" are in the territory enclosed between Cisternino and the districts Chiobbica, Galante, Sisto and Figazzano. In addition to these more exclusive we count: Fumarola, Cervarolo, Cinera, Cavallerizza, San Salvatore, Bugello, Soluco, Portarino, Cervillo, Cicerone, Specchiaruzzo, La Fica, Satia, Pascarosa. In this "magical" area at the "center" of the Itria Valley, between Cisternino and Martina Franca about 1 km from the provincial (away from the noise of the provincial roads) arise the TrullidiGiulia.it (Ostuni). Between dry walls, olive trees and vineyards you will reach the TrullidiGiulia, just renovated, immersed in the countryside, with a productive olive grove of 150 plants, an orchard (of corbezzoli, peaches, cherries, hazelnuts, plums, figs, walnuts) and you will be just 5 km from Cisternino and Martina Franca, 8 km from Fasano and Locorotondo. The residence is located on a beautiful almost flat ground (so no downhill and uphill exhausting). It is located in a landscape area: there are on average one immovable every 8/9 thousand square meters and not crowded areas of houses (an exclusive privilege that guarantees privacy without being isolated). The large square in front of the trulli, surrounded by dry stone walls, overlooking the olive grove and on the side of the orchard, has a shady area with a thick green climbing plant, table and chairs and a corner stone sofa. Composed of six cones (5 connected by stone arches and used as living area, one bedroom) and a large lamia with vaulted stone barrel ( another bedroom with bathroom ensuite). The property has three entrances: from the main trullo central you meet the beautiful living room with table and sideboard, on the right we find the kitchen trullo (with additional door to access from the terrace) furnished in typical peasant style. Behind the living room is the cone with central fireplace and two beautiful armchairs: floor the chianca found in the trullo and renovated. On the right we find a cone with two sofas in masonry (if necessary, two single beds 190x80).
To the left of the fireplace we find a cone with comfortable sofa (if necessary double bed). The living area, with a stone arch overlooking the corridor (equipped with two comfortable wall cabinets with curtains and illuminated) with the sleeping area. Just left in the corridor we access the double bedroom in the trullo, with two windows and wooden headboard that recalls the doors of the ancient fences. In front, there is a comfortable closet with connection for the washing machine and adjacent to the first bathroom with brick shower, walls in micro cement of a beautiful bordeaux (recalls the flowers of the floor tiles). Continuing in the corridor, through the door we enter the wide lamia (also equipped with access door independent of the terrace) with a suggestive large vaulted stone and two single beds (or wanting a double), wooden headboard and a large wall-mounted wardrobe with curtain, shelves and lights. Here we find the second bathroom (ensuite) whose grey/petrol blue color of the walls is the thread of the furniture as doors, fixtures, pillows, headboards, some cabinets and furnishings). The renovation respecting the rural origins has combined tradition with constructive choices and modern technologies aimed at improving comfort, safety and respect for the environment such as: intercapedine, vespaio, underfloor heating zones, photovoltaic and storage, solar thermal, air conditioning, alarm system, cameras, LAN network, wifi, induction hob, oven and dishwasher BOSCH.
