Come stay in this cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment with full kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and shower.   Gorgeous luxury appointed fully restored turn of the century home.  You will be staying in an attached but fully private apartment with its own entrance and private yard space.  Spacious yard with a massive oak tree, wrought iron dining table, lounge space with loungers, private lawn, barbecue and beautiful views.   Your furry companions are welcome! The large, fenced yard gives pets plenty of room to roam and play. Only 12 miles from Berkeley, 14 miles from Oakland and 21 miles to San Francisco!  Also an ideal place to stay if you plan to visit wine country, only 21 miles from downtown Napa.  Quiet, safe neighborhood in Martinez CA. Close to eclectic coffee shops, restaurants and breweries.   Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities you will need for your stay including coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, stainless fridge and freezer, Brita water pitcher, cooking and eating utensils.   Also includes a smart tv so you can sign in to your favorite apps including Netflix, Hulu and HBO.   Please feel free to ask for recommendations for places to visit during your stay!
