Linda apartment, 300 meters from the sea in a typical cottage perfect for families
The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming country cottage. The property, from the end of the 19th century, has just been completely renovated with high quality finishes, including parquet.
The nearest beach, and specifically the coastal biotope of Martinsicuro and Bau beach, can be reached on foot with a short 5-minute walk along a country road (about 300 meters) as they are easily accessible, on foot but also by car or by bike, the numerous seaside chalets a little further away. To give an idea, once you have covered the road in question, once you arrive on the seafront, the first chalet is 350 meters further south while the central waterfront of the village is about 800 meters north.
The center of the village, where you will find shops and supermarkets, is about 1 km away. From the cottage, the central promenade of the town, full of restaurants, pizzerias etc. and other seaside chalets is 1.3 km away.
Our guests will be offered, as a small welcome gift, a bottle of wine and one of oil, both of their own production.
The property, in fact, is owned by a farm and is located on a large plot of land which also houses a wine cellar, with an associated resale of wine and local specialties to the public.
The apartment, located on the first floor of the cottage, is on two levels for a total of about 95 square meters plus 12 square meters of terrace. It is perfect for hosting 4/5 people. It is composed on the first level of an entrance, a large hallway, bathroom with dressing room and a large bedroom with a king size double bed and an armchair bed.
On the second level, there is a large open space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area with television, a bathroom with dressing room and a 12 sq m terrace. The sofa in the living area turns into a double bed (160x180) and two bookcases with comfortable containers provide excellent privacy.
Also on the upper floor there is a large private terrace equipped with a table with 6 chairs and umbrella, where you can eat outside or simply sunbathe.
The open space ceiling is enriched by splendid exposed beams.
All the bathrooms in the apartment have a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All bedrooms have parquet. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the windows on the first floor are equipped with shutters and the windows on the second floor and the velux are equipped with blackout curtains so as to allow a pleasant rest.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold) for the summer months and underfloor heating, for the winter months only, as well as bed linen and towels.

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a laundry room for common use by guests, equipped with a sink, washing machine and dryer of the latest generation, iron and ironing board.
Small pets are allowed.
