Ideally located, you'll be just 10 minutes from the Haute-Touche Wildlife Park, a true sanctuary for wildlife, and La Roche-Posay, a renowned spa town famous for its wellness treatments. Fifteen minutes away, the charming town of Le Blanc invites you to stroll amidst its heritage and natural beauty.

Come and enjoy a rejuvenating getaway where authenticity and serenity meet. Just outside a village, in a peaceful setting, this house welcomes you for a comfortable stay, located behind our main residence.

On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a welcoming living space with a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge area. A shower room, separate WC, and a laundry room with a washing machine complete this level.

On the mezzanine level, the sleeping area comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a cot. A second shower room and a separate WC ensure optimal comfort for the whole family.

Outside: Large terrace and spacious, partially enclosed grounds adjoining our house, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available in the courtyard.
