Between Touraine and Berry, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, our cottage welcomes you for a stay close to nature. Nestled on the banks of an unfenced river, it offers an idyllic setting for lovers of fishing and tranquility.
Ideally located, you'll be just 10 minutes from the Haute-Touche Animal Park, a true sanctuary for wildlife, and La Roche-Posay, a famous spa town renowned for its wellness treatments. Fifteen minutes away, the charming town of Le Blanc invites you to stroll between heritage and nature.
Come and enjoy a rejuvenating getaway where authenticity and serenity meet. Located on the edge of a village, in a peaceful setting, this house welcomes you for a comfortable stay, located behind our property.
On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a welcoming living space with a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge area. A shower room, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine complete this level.
On the second floor, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a crib. A second shower room and separate toilet ensure optimal comfort for the whole family.
Amenities: Oil-fired heating (€8/day).
Outdoors: Large terrace and spacious, partially enclosed grounds adjoining our house, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available in the courtyard.
